what are your delivery costs?
UK delivery costs £5, international delivery £10.
free international delivery applies to orders over £300.

returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
when will I receive my refund?
refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
how do I find my ring size?
option #1 – measure your finger at home
- wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger where you want the ring to sit. it should fit snugly but still be able to pass over the knuckle, which is usually slightly wider.
- mark where the ends meet, lay the strip flat, and measure the length with a ruler in millimeters (mm).
- then compare the measurement with the international size chart
option #2 – measure at any jewelry store
just visit a nearby jewellery store and ask them to measure your ring size.
we use UK sizes, so you can compare the result with the international size chart if needed.
how should I care for and clean my silver jewellery?
to keep your piece looking its best:
- store jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or jewellery box.
- avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.
- remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
because we don’t plate our pieces with rhodium, the silver may naturally change color over time and develop a slightly darker or warmer tone. this is completely normal.
unplated silver is often more hypoallergenic than rhodium-plated jewellery. many people who experience irritation from earrings are actually reacting to polishing compounds or coatings, not the silver itself.
if your piece becomes darker, you can easily clean it at home. use an ultra-soft toothbrush and a solution of warm water with a little liquid soap (without scrub particles). gently brush the piece, then rinse, dry it well, and store it again.
this simple method works very well and will bring the shine back.
