Barbarah London Jewelry. Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to purchases made from Barbarah London, a trading name of Varvara Bochin, Sole Trader registered in England.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products.
All pieces are handcrafted or small-batch produced. Due to the nature of jewellery, slight variations may occur. These do not constitute defects.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2. Pricing.
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Barbarah London is not VAT registered. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout (see Delivery Policy below).

3. Payment.
Full payment is required before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received.

4. Consumer Rights.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be: as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose.

Online purchases are subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Limitation of Liability.
Barbarah London shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

6. Returns Policy.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn

• In their original packaging

• In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are not covered and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Delivery Policy.
UK Delivery: £5
International Delivery: £10

Free UK delivery on orders over £300.

Orders are processed after full payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Barbarah London is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK.

8. Privacy Policy. 
Barbarah London, trading as Varvara Bochin (Sole Trader), is committed to protecting your personal data.

We collect personal information when you:

• subscribe to updates

Information may include:

• Name

• Address

• Email

• Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)

• process orders

• arrange delivery

• communicate with customers

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to process payments or ship orders.

You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
